The solidary basic income scheme is a fractional basic income which covers the unconditional socio-cultural subsistence level (without the costs of the accommodations). Its level is orientated by the sample survey of income and expenditure of the Federal Statistical Office. We have to fix the subsistence level on 400 € which is 10 percent more than by the unemployment benefit II.
